World Championship will be held on the first week of November 2012.

Race course will be set parallel to the beautiful sandy beaches, and will be defined in the sailing instructions. The regatta event will be governed by the 'rules' as defined in the OBCA’s 2012 Event Rules, available to be downloaded from the OBCA Class Website prior to the event : http://class.openbic.com

The number of races per day will be defined as per the OBCA Standard Event Rules.

This competition is open to all sailors in the following divisions in accordance with OBCA’s 2012 Event Rulesi: Competitors must have at least Intermediate race experience. Experience in sailing on open water is recommended.

Competitors must register ONLINE: Form entries via Mail, or FAX will NOT be accepted. Entry Fee includes: Opening Party, closing ceremony Dinner, event shirts and race day lunches.

ENTRY FEE Please be advised these fees do not include charter rental. Early Bird Special: US $110.00 By February 29th, 2012 Open Registration: US $160.00 By June 30st, 2012 Late Registration: US $210.00 By September 30th, 2012 Last Minute: US $260.00 By October 30th, 2012 ONSITE: US $310.00 CASH ONLY In order to receive the above fees, you need to complete the payments on the day that you register. Example: If you register a competitor, on or before the “early bird special” but you do not complete the payment until after the January 31st deadline for that fee, you WILL BE paying the next fee wich is more. We have Provided COACHS AN INCENTIVE SUPPORT PACKAGE as a bulk registrationof 10 spots.

Registration will be under coaches name, this will be a US $1,000.00 non refundable deposit.
Team must consist of at least 10 racers. Teams will have until April deadline to choose their sailors. Racers must register and PAY on or before April 31st 2012 in order for COACHS to receive the “Incentive Support Package”. NO EXCEPTIONS! If 10 kids do not register in the team the coaches will NOT recieve the incentive, but the deposit will go toward the registrations received.
